CO2logic, a South Pole company, is specialising in climate and energy advisory services. It helps other companies to certify that their carbon footprint is calculated, reduced, and offset on a yearly basis ensuring constant efforts for the lowest possible climate impact.
CO2logic sought to create a greater transparency on what is behind each allocated label, enable their customers to share their journey towards CO2 neutrality and create an overall awareness about their Labels and Climate Journeys.
The solution
With the Twintag Platform, CO2logic established communication and certification process that is transparent and clear to all involved stakeholders. After scanning a QR code, end-customers and entities can get instant access to product-related sustainability information: the level of the allocated certificate, label status, download validation statements and check commitment letters.
Twintag-powered labels act a predictive resource center that pulls together data necessary for an independent certification body, Vinçotte, to perform a validation of the label. There are now no bottlenecks in communicating how the labels are assigned, what methods are used for CO2 emission calculation and company’s long- and short-term emission reduction ambitions.
