Televic enables critical and complex communication through innovative high-end technology and focuses on four niche markets: Conference, Education, Healthcare and Rail.
The challenge Televic faced, primarily in their Healthcare sector, was a lack of connection and feedback from their end consumers. In order to address this, Televic started looking for a solution that would serve as a new direct marketing and communication channel, thus strengthening customer act and retention.
The solution
Twintag Service Enablement solution augmented Televic AQURA Essentials product line with twintags that centralize all product- and client-relevant information and offer highly personalized digital experience. Depending on the persona scanning, twintags adapt the information that is made available.
For end users, Twintag Platform grants access to in-depth information, user manuals, videos, as well as the possibility to submit feedback.
Meanwhile, registered installers will get various configuration options along with access to documentation and an automated way for contacting the helpdesk.
