From label to digital touchpoint: Brady EMEA and Twintag launch commercial program in digital product identification.
Zele, Belgium - June 2026

Brady EMEA and Twintag have started a partnership to empower physical identifiers, such as labels, QR codes and RFID-enabled markings to give every product, asset or package their own unique digital identity.
The program underlines Brady’s commitment to advancing industrial identification from static product marking to connected, item-level experiences.
Brady customers already rely on our labels and identification solutions in critical environments around the world. Increasingly, they are also looking for ways to connect physical products, assets and packaging to digital information, including Digital Product Passports. This collaboration with Twintag allows us to explore how the Brady label footprint can become a scalable entry point for digital product services. says Brett Wilms, President Brady EMEA & Australia.
As companies face increasing pressure to provide accurate product-level information, reduce support friction, meet evolving compliance requirements (DPP, PPWR, Right to Repair…) and build stronger post-sale relationships, the role of identification is changing. The label becomes the first step in a connected experience around the product.
Twintag was built around a simple belief: every physical item should have its own unique digital experience. By working with Brady, we can bring that idea to a much larger industrial footprint and turn trusted identifiers into entry points for information, support, compliance and lifecycle services. says Alexander Carpentier, CEO Twintag.
Brady brings deep expertise in industrial identification, safety and product marking. Twintag brings the digital infrastructure to turn physical items into secure, item-level digital touchpoints that can adapt as business needs evolve.
Together, both companies will show how connected identification can help organizations make product information more accessible, useful and actionable throughout the product lifecycle.
More details about the partnership and official product launch will follow at a later stage.
