Dynamic boxes.
Dropping pack lists into dynamically filled boxes was impractical.

With Katoen Natie's Consumer Goods & Industry unit, Twintag replaced printed pack lists with a digital label applied automatically to every parcel.

Katoen Natie is a global logistics and engineering leader in more than 30 countries. Its Consumer Goods & Industry unit serves DIY, kitchenware, automotive, apparel and pet care.
A client needed automated parcel packing with pack lists and content sheets that were originally physical documents.

Dropping pack lists into dynamically filled boxes was impractical.
Printing and inserting documents by hand was undesirable.
Wholesale clients often have different people ordering and receiving.
A robot arm applies one durable label to each parcel. It stays on the box to its final destination, so recipients open pack lists and content sheets on any smartphone, tablet or PC.
A 2D data matrix holder label guides internal warehouse operations.
The label is associated with a specific order in Katoen Natie's WMS.
A twintag with packlist and shipping address is printed and applied at the end.
“Our esteemed customer expresses utmost satisfaction with the smart and sustainable solution provided by Twintag. The simplicity of the system, combined with its sustainability features, has made a positive impact on their logistics operations.”
Automated labelling reduces shipment errors from warehouse to end customer.
Eliminating paper pack lists brings substantial paper savings.
People move from manual work to more creative tasks.
Each brand starts with one item-level problem, then keeps adding value to every product it has already identified.
