Collé Rental & Sales is a leading provider of machinery and equipment rental, sales, and service solutions. With over 120 years of experience, they operate 20 locations across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Denmark.

Specializing in aerial work platforms, telehandlers, forklifts, and excavators, Collé serves a wide range of industries, including construction, industry, earthmoving, and events. Renowned for its extensive inventory of over 26,000 machines and representation of top brands like Genie, Palfinger, and Manitou, Collé Rental & Sales is a major player in the Benelux and beyond.

Challenges

Collé Rental & Sales sought a solution to centralize all asset and machine information in a secure digital space, ensuring easy access at any time. They needed a system to attach necessary documentation, such as instructions, manuals, and safety certifications, to each machine's profile, enabling streamlined and efficient operations.

We provided Collé Rental & Sales with a dynamic QR code system that simplified access to crucial information. By scanning a QR code, renters, rental operators, and inspectors could instantly access multilingual manuals, inspection reports, and asset information. This solution required no app or account, making it easy and convenient for all users.

How to get started

Stickers with empty twintags are printed.

Collé Rental & Sales affix these stickers onto the rental assets, scan them, and input machine IDs.

Our platform, already integrated with Collé's document management system, uploads the asset information and inspection results.
