Decathlon sought opportunities to further optimize its rental operations. Improving visibility into the location and status of rental assets during transit and refurbishment cycles was identified as a key area for refinement. Enhancing real-time tracking aimed to streamline coordination and minimize delays.
Additionally, providing customers with easy access to essential information, such as care instructions, manuals, and rental policies, presented an opportunity to elevate their experience and engagement. Internally, refining asset management and refurbishment workflows offered a chance to reduce bottlenecks and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Rental flows are configured for UI/UX, and asset data is uploaded to the Twintag platform.
Rental assets are tagged with unique QR codes for further tracking and management.
A real-time data monitoring dashboard is set up in Google Looker Studio for operational oversight.
