ExxonMobil Product Solutions wanted to enhance accessibility and convenience for their customers in terms of product information. The company needed an efficient way to provide comprehensive product information directly on the packaging, while keeping full dynamic flexibility in the matter.

By scanning the QR code with a smartphone, customers instantly retrieve essential information including safety data sheets and product data sheets, reducing the need to navigate through traditional documentation channels.

Context-aware product portal

The product portal adapts to the geographical context of the scan, delivering tailored information to meet varying customer needs globally.

Generic QR codes are pre-printed on the product bags.

Each code is linked to a unique product family on the Twintag platform.
