Televic Healthcare leveraged unique QR codes to centralize information and create a personalized, interactive digital experience for both end-users and installers of their AQURA product line.
Televic, a Belgian company, specializes in advanced communication technology across various sectors. They offer healthcare communication systems, such as nurse call solutions; rail communication systems, including passenger information and public address systems; educational multimedia systems for interactive learning; and sophisticated conference systems with microphones, interpretation, and voting solutions.
In our project with Televic Healthcare, we focused on their innovative healthcare communication systems, such as nurse call solutions, designed to improve communication and efficiency in hospitals and care facilities.
Televic Healthcare aimed to enhance the user experience for their AQURA product line by creating an on-product communication and marketing channel. The goal was to provide installers with easy access to manuals and installation instructions directly on the product. Additionally, they wanted end-users to be able to view comprehensive product information and submit feedback seamlessly.
Twintag QRs are generated automatically based on the serial numbers and printed as a part of the standard label during production.
Product data is uploaded to twintag admin manually via an Excel file.
Documents and videos are linked through Sharepoint.
