Job description

Passionate about understanding customer needs and crafting solutions? Collaborate with developers, lead pre-sales, and ensure A-Z follow-up in this Customer Solution Consultant role!


  • Needs Discovery: Lead in uncovering and understanding customer needs, translating them into effective solutions.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers to bring your ideas and designs to life, documented for clarity.
  • Pre-sales Leadership: Assist and lead pre-sales efforts with potential (inter)national customers.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Thrive on A-Z follow-up, from intake through quality assurance to delivery.

Job requirements

  • You have experience as a Business/Functional/Technical Analyst (or similar) as you have experience in understanding customer needs and translating them into solutions
  • Having experience in the production, logistics, packaging or Supply Chain sector  is a major plus
  • You live by a continuous improvement mindset and take ownership to drive change
  • Basic technical affinity and knowledge. You are comfortable with or are open to learning about concepts such as CSV, JSON and the Twintag platform
  • You are excited to co-create the journey and company culture that will take Twintag to the next level!
